Apple Cranberry Fruit Crisp
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 peaches medium diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Vanilla bean
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 2 cups granola-your favourite flavour
- In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium high heat. Add all the diced fruit and vanilla bean. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add the cranberry juice and simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Pour into a large casserole dish and top with the granola.
- Bake in a 350 F oven for 10 minutes.
