Apple Salad
- Wash 2 red crunchy apples do not peel chop into pieces about 1/2 by 1/2 inch.
- Wash and chop 3 stalks of celery
- Wash seed and chop 1 green pepper (you can use half green half yellow for contrast)
- Chop 6 fresh mint leaves add 1/4 c walnuts (optional)
- Add all ingredients to serving bowl.
- Mix together
- 1/4 c white vinegar (balsamic is better tasting but does not look as appealing.
- 1/2 c olive oil or light vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Coleman's mustard
- dash of Worstishire sauce
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar on vegetables.
- Toss then add dressing and toss.
- This will meld flavours in the fridge for 2 days.
