Baked Apple Fries
These are a tasty snack and easy to make and super fun to eat. You can eat them plain or with yogurt. Can also be paired with a savory dish with pork or chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 granulated sugar (white or brown or a mix of both)
- 1.5 tsp of cinnamon
Feel free to experiment with cardamom
Directions
- Peel
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients
- add apples and mix and toss
- spread apple slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
- Bake at 450F for 15-20 min until browned and tender
