BC Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 apple
- 2 T lemon juice
- 5 stalks celery
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/4 cup raisins & cranberries
- 2 T pumpkin seeds
- 2 T sunflower seeds
- 2 T yogurt
- 2 T mayonnaise
Cut apples in half. Core & cut into slices & cube. Chop a green pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice on apples. Cut celery into slices. Add raisins, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, & sunflower seeds. Mix yogurt & mayonnaise together for dressing. Pour over apple mixture.
