Granny Smith Apple Puffed Pancake

Ingredients
- 2 cups peeled and thinly sliced Granny Smith apples
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 tbsp granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch salt
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a bowl: milk + salt – whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl

- In an ovenproof dish
- Arrange apple slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Serve with maple syrup or your favourite flavoured syrup.
