Easy Low Calorie Baked Apple
- Half and Core a whole apple & place in microwave safe bowl white sides up.
- Sprinkle cinnamon & brown sugar on top of apple to taste, for a diet dessert sprinkle Splenda brown sugar instead.
- Cook covered lightly by spatter shield at normal temp in microwave for 90 seconds. The Apple tastes as good as apple pie with fewer calories and no fuss.
