Easy Low Calorie Baked Apple

  1. Half and Core a whole apple & place in microwave safe bowl white sides up.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon & brown sugar on top of apple to taste, for a diet dessert sprinkle Splenda brown sugar instead.
  3. Cook covered lightly by spatter shield at normal temp in microwave for 90 seconds. The Apple tastes as good as apple pie with fewer calories and no fuss.
