OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Must be over 19 years of age and a resident of Canada to qualify to win the prize. No purchase is necessary to win any prize.
2. Owners, members, employees, their families, assignees and representatives of B.C. Tree Fruits, Okanagan Tree Fruit Cooperative, BC Fruit Growers Association and Think. Marketing Inc. are prohibited from winning the prize package. Any participant within that category will be ineligible to qualify for a prize.
3. Participants may enter to win as follows: Enter their name and email address. Participants may enter one time only from a single email address. Multiple entries from the same email address are not permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will be merged into a single entry.
4. The names of two (2) winners will be awarded through a random draw from all entries received by the final contest day (midnight PST November 30, 2010). Each winner is entitled to one prize package only. There are two prize packages:
a. Apple MacBook Pro (13.3 inch, 2.4 gHz Intel Core 2 Duo) and a 20 pound box of Ambrosia apples, total value approximately $1,270.
b. Apple iPod Touch (32 GB 3rd generation) and a 20 pound box of Ambrosia apples, total value approximately $330. Winners will be notified by email on or before December 3, 2010.
5. The prize winners will be required to successfully answer a skill-testing question to qualify to receive the prize

In consideration of receiving permission to participate in the contest, the entrant accepts all rules as final and releases and agrees to save harmless and keep indemnified B.C. Tree Fruits, Okanagan Tree Fruit Cooperative, BC Fruit Growers Association and Think. Marketing Inc., their affiliates, their respective directors, officers, organizers, agents, servants and representatives from and against all claims, actions, costs and expenses and demands in respect to any claim for prizes that may arise.
By participating in the contest, and should you win and accept a prize, you are agreeing to have your name and/or photograph featured by B.C. Tree Fruits or the BC Fruit Growers Association, following you being contacted as the winner, and/or published for other promotional use.
